Winters, of course, are chock-full of boarding, skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, etc.
Summers are nearly perfect here, with hiking, biking, water sports, wildlife, river tubing, zipline, etc.
I've considered everything a guest might need in the kitchen, including coffee makers, cookware, blenders, slow cookers, utensils, and wine glasses. The living room has many comfortable pillows and blankets. The linens and towels are not the cheap stuff you sometimes see in vacation rentals....I try to treat you like a personal guest—which you are! Guests can enjoy the entire place.
We have a no-pets policy to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for our guests.

Our “Moose” condo is right on 10-mile creek. The sound of rushing water fills the condo when the windows are open and creates a wonderful place for family. Picnics in the backyard are delightful with the occasional kayak floating down the river during the summer. There are 4 world class ski resorts within 15 miles of the condo - Breckenridge, Copper mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin.

Amenities include a community sauna, hot tub, and indoor/outdoor pool. The amenities are just 25 feet from our front door.

The condo is just a couple of short blocks walk to all the restaurants and coffee shops of quaint downtown Frisco.

There are lots of trails throughout Summit county, but the trails to rainbow lake, Mount Royal, and ten-mile creek are just a short walk from the front door.

The condo accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king sized beds and the third has a bunk bed with a full and twin sized bed.

We collect 25% of the total fee when you make your booking. The remaining 75% is taken 30 days prior. If you cancel prior to 30 days before check-in you receive a 100% refund. If you cancel after that date, we try to re-rent the place and if successful we share the revenue with you.
