The Aspens is the best location in Jackson - right between the quaint village of Jackson (8 miles away) and world-class skiing and summer fun at Jackson Hole Ski Resort (5 miles away). Both are minutes away.
Best of all, the area is quiet and filled with wildlife. You will love the beautiful outdoor scenery & indoor art on the walls plus all the little things we provide to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
It is a one-bedroom one bath condo with a private bedroom (queen bed), one set of bunk beds, a window bed (see picture) and a large sectional. I've tried to think of everything a guest might need in the kitchen with coffee pots, cookware, blenders, slow cookers, utensils, wine glasses, etc. The living room has lots of comfy pillows and blankets. The linens and towels are not the cheap stuff you sometimes see in vacation rentals....I try to treat you like a personal guest --- which you are! Guests can enjoy the entire place.
A virtual walk through is provided here.
I'll not meet the guests in person but am always available to answer questions or help in any way. Moose and other wildlife A great place to see Moose in the summer is any patches of water along Moose-Wilson road. Moose love the water. If you don’t see any on the drive, pull into Rendevous Park at the corner of Moose-Wilson and Hwy 22. Drive slowly and look for dark shapes around the water on both sides of the road. Evenings are your best bet. It goes without saying (but we will say it anyway) that wild animals are indeed, wild. If you want to take pictures, that is great. But, remember to give them their space and be safe.
There are a ton of great restaurants in the Jackson area, too many to choose from ;)
Nearby: One of my favorites nearby is Calico. Calico offers great food, a beautiful outdoor setting during the summer and a great fireplace in the winter. For just a quick sandwich, Aspen Market (walking distance from the Condo) offers fresh soups and sandwiches as well as a surprising variety of groceries.
In Jackson: Merry Piglet’s tacos downtown are an overlooked gem. For a quick bite and a really great salad bar try Bubbas. Sidewinders (across from Bubbas) has a nice varied menu and friendly staff. “Local” restaurant downtown and Million Dollar Cowboy are both really popular! Oh - and don't forget Thai-Me-Up for some fun Thai-inspired fare.
Start Bus There is a public bus system in Jackson called Start Bus. You can find their full schedule and even track where each of the buses are in real-time by googling "start bus Jackson real-time" (sorry urls don't come through in Airbnb/VRBO). The buses all have bike racks. The buses are subsidized by the Town of Jackson to keep the fares very low - they range from free to $3. The Start Bus goes to Calico restaurant, Albertsons, Teton Village, Snow King and of course, downtown Jackson... to name a few.
There is a paid Netflix and Hulu Live subscription for guest's use.

The address for the condo is: 3655 N Teton Drive, #513, Wilson, WY 83014
From downtown Jackson, the condo is about 7 minutes away with no traffic. From downtown, take Hwy 191 (also known as Broadway) west towards Wilson. At the junction of Hwy 191 and Hwy 22 (note Albertson’s grocery store on the left), take the Y to the right onto Hwy 22 towards Wilson/Teton Village. Follow Hwy 22 for approximately 4 miles. Immediately after you pass over the Snake River, head right onto Moose-Wilson Road (Hwy 390). Follow Moose-Wilson for 2.3 miles to N Lake Creek Drive. At the turnoff for N Lake Creek, you will see a sign on the left for the “Aspens”. (The Aspens sign can be obscured a bit by the evergreen trees in the summer).
Once you turn into the Aspens, take N Lake Creek for about 100 yards to a T-intersection (you will pass the Aspen’s Market on your right). At the T, turn left onto S Lake Creek Drive. Follow S Lake Creek Drive. Take your second right (which is right after the second speed bump) onto N Teton Drive. The condo building will be in the first little gravel parking lot on the left. You should see the “Cottonwood” sign on the front of the building. Unit 513, is just to the right of the center of the building.
Once you arrive, please let us know if there is anything unsatisfactory, broken, missing, etc. within the first 24 hours. We want to provide you with the items you need and also want to know about anything that may need repair or replacement for you.
