Panoramic views of the Quicksilver super chairlift just outside your window in this ski-in/ski-out condo in the beating heart of downtown Breckenridge. The location and the view cannot be beaten -- next to the lift and next to everything in Breckenridge's main street.
The best views in the building. Large studio with full kitchen (fully equipped), bath, and large screen TV with Netflix and Hulu when you get tired of watching the skiers on the mountain or the ski school just down from your window.
Amenities include 3 outdoor hot tubs, an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a special area for kids, a gym, sauna, steam room, pool table and shuffleboard, large group room downstairs with fireplace. Common laundry facilities are just down the hall. Unfortunately, the building has started levying a $17.50/night resort fee which will appear in your quote. I wish we could avoid charging for this, but we have no choice.
We have worked in technology from home for over two decades and simply move from one condo to the other without a permanent home. This means we are not absentee owners but stay in our own places often. We outfit each place to be comfortable, well equipped, with good internet speeds, and ready to host guests for skiing, hiking, visiting Yellowstone, going to the beach, or just working from home in a beautiful location.

SKI STORAGE - Free ski storage is available at Christy's sports just downstairs and next to the Quicksilver lift. Vail Resorts does NOT allow our guests to store ski's behind the front desk --- sorry for that.
BRECKENRIDGE PARKING -- This condo is in the middle of everything. There is no need for a car here. However, if you bring a car you have two options.
First, request a parking reservation in the building for $35/day. These reservations are in short supply so requesting one early is STRONGLY encouraged. If you request the reservation, I will attempt to secure a slot for you. If successful, I will request payment for the extra parking fee directly from you. You cannot pay for parking reservations separately.
Second, Breckenridge is very restrictive in terms of overnight parking. Two locations in Breck allow for overnight parking -- Ice rink lot or Airport road lot.
Directions to the Airport Lot: The Airport lot is about 2 miles from the condo. Head 1.5 miles down Mainstreet, take the third exit on the traffic circle to Valley Brook St. After 0.2 miles, turn on Airport road and proceed another 0.5 miles. Parking is on the right. (what3words ///prefer.moments.navigated ). A bus is available at this lot to return you to the transit station in Breckenridge. You would then walk up Mainstreet (or change buses or Uber) to get back to the condo.
Directions to Ice Rink Lot: The Stephen C West Ice Arena (Ice Rink) is located at 189 Boreas Pass Rd. If you head south (towards Blue River) out of Town, turn LEFT at Boreas Pass Road (the stop light just past Park & Main). The Ice Rink is on your right just past the train. They have a huge parking lot to the left of the building. At the very back, they allow overnight parking. This is also the location where you can find the giant wooden troll – Isak Hearthstone (///next.perceptions.porch ) Its roughly a 15-minute walk back to the condo.

From Denver, take I-70 to Frisco. Take the CO-9 exit in Frisco to Breckenridge. Continue straight on CO-9 to main street. Follow Main street to the "T" intersection with Park Ave. Turn right on Park and go one block to the "Villages of Breckenridge" building on the left. We are in the Peak 9 building on the right as you pull into the Villages.
