Welcome to Our Condo in Breckenridge!

Once you arrive, please let us know if anything is unsatisfactory, broken, or missing within the first 24 hours. We want to provide you with the items you need, and also want to know about anything that may need repair or replacement for you.

Keys:

You likely used your phone-based room key to enter the condo.  This same phone-based key works for the elevators, pools, and fitness area.  You can also share your phone-based room key with others in your party.  (They can download the app and enter the reservation number + last name.  With your approval via email confirmation, they will have a key as well.)

We strongly suggest using only the phone-based room keys.  However, if a member of your party doesn’t have a phone or needs another option, we offer an extra guest keycard as well.  That should be found on the kitchen counter.  The keycard MUST be activated using the phone app before use.  Please leave it on the kitchen counter at departure.

HOUSE MANUAL

WiFi: Look for the “peak9inn4607” wireless network name. The password is peak9inn4607.

Air Conditioner: Most residences in Breckenridge don’t have central AC, and that includes us.  For warmer summer nights, we have provided a portable AC unit.

  • The A/C cannot be moved!!  It is placed with the exhaust pushed firmly into the exhaust vent; if it is moved, it will not cool the room.

  • The remote control is on the bedside table - pretty simple operation, turn it on and set the temp.

  • Further cooling can be achieved by closing the curtains in the late afternoon, as the condo gets lots of sun at that time, which can heat the room.

The heater control, if needed, is on the kitchen wall.

TV: There is only one remote for the TV.  Google TV provides live TV broadcasts. At the “home” screen, select “Live” from the tabs at the topWhen you start up Hulu, you can simply use the “Jessica” user account (no password required).

Blankets and Pillows: Extra blankets and throws are available in the closet for a little added warmth.  There is also a set of sheets and a bedspread for the pull-out couch in the closet.

First Aid Kit: Can be found under the bathroom sink.

Fire Extinguisher: Under the kitchen sink.

Quiet Hours: are 11pm-7am. Please keep this in mind during your stay.

Kitchen: There should be lots of tableware, drinkware, and silverware for your needs, plus all the appliances and extras you would expect in a vacation home. If I have neglected to think of, or provide, something in the kitchen that you were expecting, please let me know - I always want to make my guests very comfortable.

Trash: The trash chute is located on the other side of the elevators.

Laundry Room:  There are laundry facilities across from the elevators.

Fitness Area, Pools, Hot Tub, Sauna, Steam Room & Movie Room: Please enjoy the fitness area, pool, and multiple hot tubs downstairs.  There is also a large, new movie room below the fitness area.  (Towels for the fitness and pools are provided at the entrance to the pools/gym.)  You will also find a sauna and steam room near the fitness area.  For the movie room, there is usually a note on the door detailing which showings are scheduled for the next few days or how to reserve it for a private viewing (free of charge).

BBQ grill: There are several grills available on the complex's outdoor patio.
