Yes the beach is private.  However, all “wet sand” in the state of Florida is considered a public beach.  We own the “dry sand”.  What this means is that you will see members of the public strolling along the wet sand portion of the beach.  The better question is “how grounded is the beach?”  For example, the beach in Seaside and Rosemary are private, but during high season it can be hard to see the sand for all the bodies laying on top of it.  Our little area is less densely populated and thus our private beaches have plenty of space for kids to play and adults to relax without the crowds.

The condo accommodates 4 guests.  The bedrooms has king sized bed and teenagers and kids love the bunk beds in the hallway..

We collect 25% of the total fee when you make your booking.  The remaining 75% is taken 30 days prior.  If you cancel prior to 30 days before check-in you receive a 100% refund.  If you cancel after that date, we try to re-rent the place and if successful we share the revenue with you.

The beach!  One of Florida’s most beautiful, quietest, and least crowded beaches is literally in our backyard.  Spending the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the sand and surf is perhaps only beaten by watching the sunset over the water with a glass of wine in hand.  In between those times quiet walks on the beach watching the kids play on the beach from the condo makes for a fun filled, relaxing family vacation.   Restaurants, shops, and live music are a short bike ride or drive away (Rosemary is 1.3 miles east, “The Hub” is 1 mile west, Seaside is 6 miles west).

Basically, we provide everything you need inside the condo, but nothing you might want outside the condo.  Thus, you will need to bring/buy your own beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, etc.
