Just a short walk from downtown Frisco, this house is within 12 miles of 3 world-class ski resorts (Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, & Keystone) and within 28 miles of two more (Vail, Arapahoe Basin). Best of all, Ten-Mile Creek runs through the backyard, making for a peaceful, relaxing location on a quiet street, a short walk from great restaurants and a short drive (or bus) to many winter or summer activities.

The entire 2,400 sq ft house is designed with your comfort in mind and offers an inviting stay year-round. Gather around the gas fireplace in the living room, spread out in the second family room with its wet bar, or cook together in the fully equipped kitchen with its granite island. The primary suite has a king bed, its own fireplace, a spa-style bath with a soaking tub and fireplace, and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have two queen beds and a twin bed between them.

Ten-Mile Creek runs right through the backyard, making for a picturesque scene in every season. Sit out on one of the private decks among the aspens and listen to the natural sounds of the rushing water.

Hiking trails are available throughout the area, ranging from easy to difficult. The closest trailheads are just a short walk from the house. Bike rental is a short walk into town, and biking trails are too many to name.

Winters, of course, are chock-full of boarding, skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, etc.

Summers are nearly perfect here, with hiking, biking, water sports, wildlife, river tubing, zipline, etc.

I’ve considered everything a guest might need in the kitchen, including a coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, and a dishwasher. The living areas have many comfortable pillows and blankets. The linens and towels are not the cheap stuff you sometimes see in vacation rentals….I try to treat you like a personal guest—which you are! Guests can enjoy the entire house, along with fast Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and garage parking.

We have a no-pets policy to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for our guests.
