House Manual
WiFi: Look for the “Skyhawk” wireless network name. The password is SunnybearSkyhawk.
Heat: Heat is provided, room by room, by in-floor heating elements. Please be kind to the environment and set the heat to 65 degrees when you are not in the house. Most residences in Frisco don’t have AC and that includes us. On warmer summer nights, crack open the upstairs windows and enjoy the rushing sound of the creek.
Fireplaces: Both fireplaces are gas and are operated by a switch on the wall.
Door Locks: The doors with keypads are designed to lock automatically when closed.
TV: There is only one remote per TV. Google TV provides live TV broadcasts via YouTube Live. At the “home” screen, select “Live” from the tabs at the top.
Blankets and Pillows: You should find a set of sheets, pillows, and comforters on each bed. Extra blankets and throws are available in multiple spots throughout the house for a little added warmth.
Quiet Hours: are 10 pm-7 am. Please keep this in mind during your stay.
Kitchen: There should be lots of tableware, drinkware, and silverware for your needs, plus all the appliances and extras you would expect in a vacation home. If I have neglected to think of or provide something in the kitchen that you were expecting, please let me know - I always want to make my guests very comfortable.
Trash: Please take the trash bins to the street on Wednesday mornings and bring them back in afterwards.

Checkout Procedures
We hope you have enjoyed your stay at our home.
Please note that checkout time is at 10am on the date of checkout.
Before you leave, we just ask a couple of favors to help our housekeepers prepare for our next guests.
Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and start it running on the normal cycle. (This is really, really helpful for our housekeeping crew. Thank you in advance!)
Please turn the heat down to 65º F in the winter.
Please close all windows.
As you leave, please text 419-217-9593 indicating that you are departing “Check out Skyhawk”. This is extremely helpful to our very busy cleaning crews.
